5-4-3-2-1 At Home Workout

     Another great at home workout just for you and your kids! Let them join in with you so they can learn the importance of physical activity and determination.

     Equipment needed: timer and your child! If you don't want to involve your kids in your workout--grab some laundry detergent (full preferably), brick from outside, or anything that has some weight to it. Use your resources, we're not at a gym.
