Running is not easy, especially for those who struggle with endurance, breathing, pace.... Does that mean you shouldn't do it? No! Challenge yourself and do things outside your box. You can't build strength somewhere you're letting your weaknesses conquer.
Too cold? Too hot? Can't get it right? It's okay.. If you have stairs, use them. If you don't, no worries!! Use a chair from your kitchen table and do some step ups and downs. It's well worth it!!
